The first of its kind in Spain


Again, for the 3rd year, we will held (and now in the new school) the Master Course with certificate. 

This Course is the first essential step to became a professional Olive Oil Taster.

The course is held in accordance with the IOC and EU standards and licensed by Regione Lombadia

(Reg. CEE 2568/91, DM del 18/06/2014) e DGR 4247 del 25/10/2012)

The Course is open to everyone who loves olive oil and want to improve his Culture and tasting skills. You don’t need to be an “expert”, but even if you are in the field you’ll learn much more.
