Cucina Paradiso

Donato de Santis was Born in Milan 1964. His familiy came from Puglia. He studied gastronomy  at Carlo Porta State School in Milan.
In the USA , he worked in several Restaurants in L.A, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Chigaco, Palm Peach Miami (where was responsible for opening Bice)
He was then hiered as Chef of the Designer Gianni Versace for his Casa Casuarina Mansion, located in Miami Peach.
In the Year 2000 he settled in Buenos Aires, where he taught in varous places, among them the Colegio de Cocineros, founded by Gato Dumas.
For two years he ran Versace`s kitchen, until February 2005, when he se up his own Restaurant, Cucina Paradiso 1.
He edited four cookbooks. Cucina Paradiso, Mi cocina italiana , Fatto in Casa and Donato per Bambini
He led several programms in the TV
